Our Approach
A framework,
not a formula.
Selective admissions reward depth, not breadth. Authenticity, not curation. Our work begins with understanding the student — their interests, their context, their pace — before we ever talk about specific universities.
We work with families targeting both Ivy League and Canadian top universities. Every plan is built for one family, never copied to another.
The Method
We look at a student across four axes.
- AQIAcademic Quality — courses, performance, trajectory.
- NAQINon-academic depth — across activities, awards, character, and context (AACC).
- INTInterview presence — how a student tells their story.
- ENGSpoken-English fluency — assessed directly, not assumed.
Each axis is scored on a 1–5 scale and weighted into one composite.
Calibration
Five reference tiers.
A student's composite maps against these tiers. The tier calibrates realistic targets and shapes the four-year — or compressed — strategy that follows.
The Work
Multi-year ideal. Late-start possible.
We engage families over multiple years where possible — and in compressed timelines when families join later. Stages, milestones, and pace are agreed upfront, then revisited as the student grows. The framework holds; the plan adapts.
